Implementing the Baldrige Health Care
Criteria for Performance Excellence
Purpose
This eight (8) week training program is designed for the hospital or
physician practice organization that understands the Baldrige Health
Care Criteria for Performance Excellence (BCPE) and has decided to
utilize the criteria in the evaluation of their organizational overall
performance. This program will educate attendees on each of the BCPE
standards and their evaluation criteria and provide practical
instruction on program implementation. Case studies and actual
implementation results from Baldrige Health Care Award Winners will be
used to highlight the effectiveness in order to implement a successful
BCPE program in your organization.
