Purpose
This program will help healthcare executives understand how to
develop a comprehensive quality management program that is customer
oriented and work process focused. The program will construct a sound
framework that will map organizational work processes and form the
structural base from which quality and patient safety improvement
initiatives can be successfully prioritized, launched. implemented, and
sustained. This education will provide quality management information
