1 to 2 day on site workshop covering basic quality management principles adapted for healthcare organizations including history, methods, and tools.

II. Mapping and Improving Healthcare Work Processes

 

1 day on site Workshop. All work gets done by cross-functional processes. This workshop will show you how to map (define) your organizational work processes, establish process performance measures and plan implementation of an effective process management system.

III. Introduction to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for Healthcare 

 

1 day on site workshop to show healthcare management teams how to use the Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria for Performance Excellence to evaluate current organizational performance and to plan future improvement programs.

IV  Using the Baldrige Healthcare Criteria for Performance Excellence to Achieve Results

8 weeks (4 hrs /day) of extensive training and support to lead a management team (that has prior knowledge of the Baldrige criteria for healthcare), to implement an organization wide improvement program using the Baldrige healthcare criteria leading to either significant performance improvement payoff and option to prepare an application for a Baldrige based state or national quality award.
